Tony Blash, the self-proclaimed "Communication Connoisseur" ,serves as President and CEO of Covenant Leadership Advantage, a corporation whose primary purpose is to foster entrepreneurship and success for individual leaders and corporations throughout Georgia and beyond. Tony also oversees the operation of H2H productions and Covenant Leadership Academy. H2H Productions provides family-related entertainment venues which promote good family fun and quality entertainment for families throughout the world. Covenant Leadership Academy promotes and provides leadership development and training for tomorrow's leaders today.
Tony has multiple years of leadership experience in both the corporate and small business community. Prior to establishing his present business, he spent over a decade in the field of healthcare education. Most recently, Tony served as Medical Education Coordinator for The Office of Graduate Medical Education at Atrium Health. Prior to that, Tony served as Education Coordinator for the Department of Surgery at The Medical Center of Central Georgia and Mercer University School of Medicine. Upon his departure from Atrium Health in 2017, Tony received an award for his distinguished service.

Tony completed his Master's in Communication and Leadership at Park University in Parkville, Missouri. He earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Park as well. He is a graduate of Leadership Macon and Leadership Georgia. He serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Communications at Georgia Military College as well as Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Liberal Studies at College of Professional Advancement at Mercer University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Grand Canyon University where he is pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Tony is a adjunct professor, gifted lecturer, author and motivational speaker. He has lectured in leadership practices at major universities and other leadership development institutions.
